If you can not import your classes from Google Classroom, there could be a problem with Google’s Permissions.
Usually, this occurs when your Google account's permissions for Edpuzzle has expired. So when we are trying to access the information from your Google Classroom account it does not allow us to do so.
We need you to contact your IT admin and request her/him to reset your Google Classroom permissions for Edpuzzle. Here are the steps to do so:
From the Google Admin site, you should select the affected user's account -> Security -> Connected Applications -> Remove Edpuzzle permissions. Once is deleted, s/he can log back in, and it will be prompted to click the “allow” permission button to have access to Google Classroom and everything re-sync perfectly.
