• Check the progress of your students in real-time

    Wondering how you can check if students are watching the videos you’ve assigned? Want to see how many of your students are watching and in-class video assignment without checking their screens?


    To go to the Progress Report and view of all your student's grades and progress for a specific video, follow these steps:


    Go to "My Classes" and select a class


    On the assignment you want. Click the blue "Progress" button on the right side


    Next click the “In Classroom” button on the upper right-hand corner. Pictured below.


    And there you go! Track student’s progress in real time from the “In Classroom” tab.

  • Forgot my password

    If you are a teacher and you forget your password, click the “forgot password” button at the bottom of the login screen:


    You will then be asked to enter your Edpuzzle email and will be sent instructions to reset your password.

    • If you don’t receive a reset email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder
    • If you still can’t find it, it’s possible that you did not give us the same email address that you used to sign up for Edpuzzle
    • To figure out which email is the right one to use, check your old emails to see which account has received Edpuzzle emails in the past

  • Change School

    If you’ve registered in the wrong school or you’ve moved to another school, you can change your school settings in your profile. It’s very easy! Just go to your Profile and from there click the Change school button.

    If you know you’ll be moving schools, please change your school in Edpuzzle as soon as possible! If your old school disables your email address and you’re not able to log in we will not be able to recover your account.

    There is a limit of one school switch every 6 months. Once you’ve changed schools you will see a message with the date when you will be able to change your school again.

    NOTE: Changing your school will delete all of your classrooms and assignments, but not your content. This is done to protect student privacy.

  • My student has created a teacher account

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to turn a teacher account into a student account. However, If you have some students with teacher accounts, tell them to go to https://edpuzzle.com/logout and then sign up as a student. Edpuzzle allows you to have a teacher and a student account with the same username/email. This way, you will not have any problem creating the new student account.

    If a student wants to delete that teacher account, s/he will have to contact us directly, requesting for us to delete his/her teacher account using the same email s/he used to register.


  • I am a teacher and I want to join a classroom
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to join another classroom from a teacher account. So if you'd like to join another teacher's classroom, you should create a student account. (You can use the same email address that you use for your teacher account). But keep in mind that you won't be able to share the assignments or videos from that class with your students. 
  • Change email, username, name

    You can change your email or username on the profile page. You will be able to update the following information:

    Email address: If you log in using an email address and a password you can update it by pressing the "Change" button.

    Update/Disconnect from Google: When you use Google sign you can disconnect it or you can update it by disconnecting it from your current account and connecting Edpuzzle to the new Google account. But if you do not have a password or an Edmodo account set up yet we will ask you to first add one to prevent you from losing all access to Edpuzzle.

    Update/Disconnect from Edmodo: You are able to update your Edmodo account by "Disconnecting" and "Connecting" with the new email address. But you will, also, need to add another sign in method.

  • Delete account

    If you would like to delete your account login and click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Navigate to the Accounts tab and click Delete Account at the bottom of the page. If ya are a student who wants to delete his/her account please visit: Delete student's account 

    It is not possible to change your account type from student to teacher, or vice-versa, but you’re free to have both a teacher and a student account using the same e-mail address. We hope that this helps!


  • Log out

    To logout from Edpuzzle, simply click on the arrow at the top right part of the browser (image below), or visit www.edpuzzle.com/logout.
