Android and iOS Apps
Apps for cellphones and tablets
Did you know we have some cool apps for students? We have an iOS and an Android app that are super easy to use! It lets students who don't have a computer watch EDpuzzle videos anywhere, anytime!
Click the following links to download them:
Let us know what you think, any feedback is appreciated :)
Apps (Android & iOS) for Teachers
Currently, apps for Teachers are not available. The apps are only available for students. As former teachers, we understand how comfortable this would be for you and that is why we are working hard on making the teacher's app available in the future. At the moment though we are centering all our resources to improve your EDpuzzle experience and include many new features that we are sure you will also enjoy. We are quite an small team but we work really hard on making our teacher’s and student’s experience the best we can, one out of time. Thank you for your patience in this matter and hopefully this is not a main stopper for you and you are able to work with EDpuzzle directly on the browser.
Can't access EDpuzzle on my iPhone
In order to make EDpuzzle work correctly, you must download the iOS app for iPhone and other iOS devices. Here is the link to download it: (iOS App)
iPhone devices do not allow to reproduce YouTube videos directly on a browser, it only allows to play them on the YouTube app, therefore in order to make EDpuzzle work correctly it is necessary to download the iOS app for iPhone devices (although it is highly recommended for all iOS devices).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions!
Video not uploading on iPads
Right now, you cannot upload videos from iPads due to a documented iOS issue between the communication of the gallery and the browser on iOS devices. We suggest to use another device as a workaround, you can go directly to www.edpuzzle.com from your laptop or desktop computer and upload videos from there!
My video is not playing and I am using an app (iOS or Android)
Please make sure that you have the last version of the app installed. If this does not solve the issue, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or “leave a message” below, explaining which error message appears (a screenshot would be appreciated) and specifying which device and app version you are using.
For iOS users, if a "URL not found" error appears, please visit this article.
Feedback is not appearing on my iOS/Android app
Immediate feedback and feedback comments aren't available for our mobile apps yet. At the moment we recommend using our web version for this purpose, although we will include these features in future releases!
